Booking&Cancellation

To secure your spot at LORA, a payment of €434 is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance of €245 for the accommodation and hospitality package will be paid directly to our partner agriturismo.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your trip, please let us know as soon as possible. Our refund policy for the €434 booking fee is strictly as follows:

  • Until June 30th: You will receive a 100% full refund of the amount paid.

  • From July 1st to July 30th: You will receive a 50% refund (€217).

  • From August 1st onwards:No refunds can be issued, as all local arrangements and bookings will be fully finalized.

Please note: If you are able to find another woman to take your spot at any time, we are more than happy to transfer your booking to her name at no additional cost.

Insurance & Liability

To register for the retreat, it is mandatory to purchase your own travel and accident insurance (such as IATI, or similar) covering outdoor and mountain activities. You will be required to provide your policy number before the start of the trip.

By joining LORA and signing our liability waiver, you agree that you are in good health and take full responsibility for your own safety during the hikes and activities. LORA is not liable for any personal injuries, losses, or additional travel costs.

Terms&Conditions

When booking a retreat with us, you are thereby accepting the previously mentioned and upcoming terms and conditions, including our cancellation policy.

Insurance & Liability

For your protection and peace of mind, personal travel insurance is mandatory for every participant. This insurance must cover the specific activities mentioned in the retreat program, as well as medical emergencies and trip cancellations.

Lora and its guides are not liable for any injuries, illness, or sustained damage occurring during the trip. Furthermore, neither potential guides nor Lora are liable for any additional costs or expenses affiliated with the cancellation or postponement of the original trip (such as car rentals, flight tickets, or similar travel arrangements) caused by the guest or external factors.

Health & Transparency

As a participant, it is mandatory and expected to be transparent towards us and our guides regarding any health conditions, allergies, or other factors that could play a role in the successful execution of the trip. Our priority is for you to feel safe, heard, and to have the best experience possible; open communication allows us to ensure the well-being of the entire group.

Privacy Policy

Our Commitment To provide you with the best experience, LORA collects some personal data through our hosting provider, Squarespace. This includes analytics like your browser type, the pages you visit, and how you interact with our site. We use this information solely to understand our community and improve our services.

Your Data When you fill out our inquiry form or sign up for our newsletter, we collect the information necessary to respond to you. We will never sell your data, and we only share it with Squarespace to power our website and emails.
