Our hikes are designed for those who enjoy movement and being outdoors. You don’t need to be an athlete, but you should have a moderate level of fitness to enjoy 3-4 hours of walking at an easy pace.

Absolutely. Most of our guests join us on their own. LORA is designed to be a space where you can find community and new friends within an intimate circle.

Expect mountain weather. We recommend layers: hiking boots, a waterproof jacket, comfortable leggings and a reusable water bottle. A detailed packing list will be shared with you before the retreat.

Yes, personal travel insurance is mandatory. As we’ll be exploring the beauty of both the Italian and Swiss Alps, please make sure your travel insurance is active and covers activities in Switzerland. Having insurance for unexpected events is your responsibility (we personally recommend IATI).

Yes. LORA is a space specifically dedicated to women. Our mission is to create a safe, supportive and inspiring environment where women can reconnect with nature and each other through shared experiences and conversation.

We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible via email. Our refund policy for the €434 LORA booking fee is strictly based on the following timeline:
Until June 30th: You will receive a 100% full refund of your booking fee.
From July 1st to July 30th: You will receive a 50% refund (€217).
From August 1st onwards: No refunds can be issued, as all local arrangements and bookings will be fully finalized.

Yes! If you are unable to attend but can find another woman to take your place, we will gladly transfer your booking to her name at any time with zero additional fees.
Please note: For the remaining €245 accommodation balance paid directly to the agriturismo, their specific cancellation terms will apply.
